Youtube is a very powerful medium. When I first discovered children’s books read-aloud channels, I was thrilled.

First, before purchasing a new book for my boys, more often than not I am able to find it on Youtube. In that case, I can check it out and make sure we will like it. It is kind of like a test drive without any strings attached.
