Free Printable Back To School Signs For Any School Year
If you have visited my site before, then you are probably familiar with my (very popular) editable first day or school signs. They are customizable and fun to do even with students in the classroom on the first day of school.
But in case you prefer a quick photo idea, then these new signs will work just as well! (Hello last-minute picture ideas!)
I actually decided to make a whole new set for one big reason – my kids are starting kindergarten this upcoming school year!
I wanted to create something special for my little guys and now I decided to make this printable available for everyone.
And I must say, I am pretty happy about how they turned out (I always like simple, minimalist designs). So I hope you’ll like them too!
Signs for first day of school
The design is quite simple.
Because I already used a chalkboard and lined paper in my previous designs, I got this idea of graph paper for a background.
The background is very subtle so it doesn’t interfere with the text.
Each sign says “I am off to…” with an appropriate grade. I included grades starting from preschool all the way to 12th grade.
So if you have children of all ages in your family, everyone can participate (if you can make the teenagers do so, lol).
You can easily write the school year if that’s what you want at the bottom of each sign.
Make sure to print these on cardstock paper with the highest quality print settings for best results.
And even though we still have about a month of summer ahead of us, at least I now have one thing off my list before the big day!
