Spot and dot 2D shapes free printable worksheets
You will find a total of ten pages in this printable set.
Children will practice these basic shapes: square, rectangle, circle, oval, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, star, rhombus, and trapezoid.
Each page includes all the shapes and children need to spot and dot (or color in case you don’t have dot markers) the correct shapes.
Then they will count them and write the correct amount. If your child can’t write numbers yet, just skip that part or simply ask them how many there are.
In addition, you can ask them to color all the other groups of shapes the same color. For instance, color all the circles blue, and rectangles red. So they get the most use of each page!
This is an easy, no-prep activity. Just print and learn!
