What is an ABB Pattern?

Sometimes all these concepts that our kids are learning at school get a bit confusing. So let me help you out here.

An ABB pattern is simply a sequence of two objects that follow the order a-b-b, for instance, square-triangle-triangle. In this scenario, the square is the “A” and only occurs once, the triangle is “B” and repeats twice.

Imagine wearing a sweater with stripes of two colors. One stripe is blue (A) and the next two stripes are red (B-B), blueredred, blueredred, and so on.
